We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients in the corporate, MNC, and government sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities for environmental consulting projects (EIA, IEE, EMP, Climate Risk Assessment, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and bids in coordination with technical teams.
  • Represent ECC Consultants at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
  • Maintain CRM data, report KPIs, and track lead conversion.
